Her passion is to help every-body incorporate yoga into their lifestyle, proving that movement is medicine for the body, mind, and soul.

Layla has firsthand experience of yoga’s life-changing benefits, and she’s committed to sharing these tools with her students. Practicing asanas (yoga poses) since 2015 and embracing the philosophy of yoga from a young age, Layla was influenced by her mother and her childhood summers spent in India. Ayurveda, the ancient science of yoga, remains an integral part of her life and teachings.
