❖ Customised weekly yoga flows for you to practice in your own time in the comfort of your home (length and frequency of each flow will be dependent on what other fitness/movement you do each week)

 Option to add in recovery and Ayurvedic therapies with mindset and mindfulness tools

My journey began 15 years ago training as a competitive athlete, all I knew was weights and diets - fast forward I now enjoy a holistic lifestyle where I combine fitness and yoga with well balanced nutritious meals (without restricting myself, everything in moderation) complimented with purest supplements and ingredients possible combined with recovery time / therapies. It's all a mindset!

Why and when did I switch to Yoga?  

Burnt out (corporate career) | Injury preventing training | Sudden loss of elder sibling

(it's said things come in 3's and well it sure was an intense Saturn return)

2015 I went to a solo yoga retreat in Tulum, Mexico (they had no signal back then so it was very basic) but it catapulted me into self, where I reconnected with meditation, began journaling (suppressed emotions were intensely released) and yoga (I was so inflexible plus injured) recovering from all the above 3 things back to back led me to sell everything in the UK, quit my job and go nomad, to teaching others the benefits of yoga in body, mind and soul.

 

I love introducing yoga into every-body’s routine so my coaching is perfect for newbies, those wanting to learn foundations to implement into their current lifestyle.

 

Some arrive with intentions for the mindfulness and harmony of yoga;

Some for the body flexibility and physique; 

Either way you will connect with self and all that comes along as you practice, as I hold you accountable to consistently practice!
