Use with clean hands and feet, and avoid oils or lotions before practice to help maintain natural grip and freshness.
Cork has a naturally smooth, non-sticky surface that becomes grippier with moisture.
To enhance grip, lightly spray water onto the cork surface where your hands and feet land to help activate traction. Do not oversaturate.

Cork is naturally antimicrobial, odour-resistant and low-maintenance.
Wipe with a soft damp cloth before first use, then clean monthly or after heavy practice with warm water and a small squeeze of lemon.
Avoid harsh chemicals, scrubbing, folding or creasing. Allow to dry fully and store in a cool, dry place.
