Shipping policy

1. Delivery & Dispatch

 1.1. UK Mainland:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) on the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a UK bank holiday will be dispatched the following working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail or DPD tracking link.

 1.2. International Destinations:

Your checkout shipping charge includes all known duties, taxes and import fees at the time of dispatch.

If a destination country changes its customs rates or regulations after dispatch, resulting in additional fees, these unforeseen charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Once dispatched, you will receive a UPS tracking link.

2. Risk, Title, & 'Safe Place'

2.1. Risk and title in the goods pass to you when the courier delivers them to your specified address or 'safe place'.

2.2. If you choose the carrier's 'safe place' option, you accept that risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers at the moment the parcel is left.

3. Address Accuracy, & Re-Delivery Fees

3.1. You must provide complete and accurate delivery details. If you notify us of an error before dispatch, we will amend it at no cost.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, or is returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete address details, we may charge our direct re-delivery costs.

3.2. If a parcel is returned to us after repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if you request re-delivery for another reason, we reserve the right to charge the direct re-delivery fee charged by the courier.

4. Reporting Delivery Issues

4.1. You should inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any items are missing, damaged, defective or otherwise incorrect please notify us within 7 days of your delivery date, including clear photographic evidence where relevant. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf, and if your claim is upheld arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.

4.2. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, you may cancel your order for a full refund provided delivery has not been attempted. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Force Majeure & Delays

5.1. We will not be liable for delays or failures to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to, extreme weather events, industrial action, pandemics, customs delays, carrier system outages, or other "acts of nature". Where practicable we will keep you informed of any expected delays.

5.2. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), our total liability arising out of or in connection with the delivery of your goods shall be limited to the price paid by you for those goods. We shall not in any circumstances be liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of business or wasted management time.

6. Changes To This Policy

6.1. We may update our delivery services, carriers, fees or this policy at any time. Any changes take effect only for orders placed after the date the revised policy is published.

7. Fraud Prevention & Verification

7.1. To protect all customers, we reserve the right to verify the validity of any delivery related claim, and to refuse or delay claims where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

8.1. In the unlikely event of dispute, we will first seek to resolve matters amicably, however should court action become necessary this policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by English Law, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Privacy & Data Sharing

9.1. We will share your name, address, and contact details with our chosen carriers solely for the purposes of fulfilling your delivery. Full details of how we process your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9.2. We will retain and manage your personal data and delivery records in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Delivery records and associated personal information are kept in secure, encrypted storage, only for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations, to resolve any disputes and to comply with applicable retention laws.
