Event Co-ordinator/Support Assistants & Yoga Ambassadors

A South Asian woman–founded brand rooted in honouring yoga’s origins. We create intentional products, retreats, and a platform that uplifts South Asian and underrepresented teachers — bridging the gap in inclusivity and diversity, for every body.

This October, we’re exhibiting at the Om Yoga Show and are looking for two grounded, joyful support assistants to bring the YogaHaus energy to life across the weekend.

This is your chance to:

✨ Work alongside the founder (recently featured in Apple News & MSN’s Top 10 Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2025)

✨ Experience the behind-the-scenes of a conscious, growing yoga brand

✨ Gain real-world exposure in events, community-building, and soulful commerce

Your Role

  • The booth is a prime corner space of 2 X 1.5m; design the setup/layout with founder – Bonus: if you’ve done this before please share suggestions on how you would create the space!
  • Support booth set-up + close-down each day
  • Welcome visitors warmly & share the YogaHaus story + mission
  • Guide purchases & answer basic questions about our mats, retreats, and tools
  • Help capture content (boomerangs, BTS clips, vibe shots for socials)
  • Rotate with the other assistant so you can also explore the show + attend classes
  • Embody YogaHaus values with presence, joy, and professionalism

Who This Is Perfect For

  • Yoga teachers or trainees, Ayurvedic practitioners, or soul-led creatives
  • Passionate about decolonised, culturally-rooted wellness
  • Strong people skills; warm, reliable, grounded
  • OR… an Instagram/social media creative seeking a soulful brand to collaborate with (we’re hiring longer-term too)
  • Ideally London-based (or able to easily commute to Alexandra Palace)
  • Available for all 3 days
